Crafty me!

After a couple of weeks away from sewing because of a problem with my arm, I've started again. This time, a half apron to give with MIL's Christmas gifts.

It took just over an hour to stitch the basic apron, then another hour or so to add the pocket and trim (I'm still learning). I've only had slight twinges from my arm, so I'm hoping to book my last sewing lesson before Christmas.

My OH and I went out for lunch today, at the Armenian Tavern in Manchester. The food was really good, but the place could do with a tidy up - it was a bit dusty!

After lunch, I got back to my Christmas shopping, and managed to buy a couple to gifts.

On the whole, a good day but I'm completely jiggered , and I've a pile of ironing to do tonight!
