Connections

It's always really interesting to me, the idea that someone checked a book out before me. The stamp is like a snapshot - someone wanted the book just like I did, but for totally different reasons. It's especially interesting when I check out a book a second time. One of those stamps was for me, but a different version of me. That's not the case here actually, but that kind of navel-gazing is pretty much all I do these days.
