Bags or leaves

The last of our Aberdare Kenyan tea bags. Can't get them outside Kenya I think. Delicious tea but still some debate over correct quantities. Granny always said "one for each tea drinker and one for the pot" but think she was more of a tea leaves than a tea bag person. Any suggestions for the perfect cuppa?
