Had a fantastic day today. A while back it was my birthday, and one of my gifts was tickets for the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, to see Romeo and Juliet Ballet. We travelled up first class (if you went on a specified train it only cost £1 more to travel first class!!). How much nicer it is to go first class - plus you get free food and drink (not good for the diet), and access to the first class lounge (more free food and drink - seems rude not to take full advantage). We also had a mooch around Covent garden and a meal out. The ballet itself was AMAZING. I did not have dry eyes by the end. I love the Prokofiev score.
