This is lemon and pistachio couscous. ..inspiration taken from Nat and Dan who made us couscous with pistachios in in the past and who made us moroccan food last weekend. Hi Dan I know you pop in here sometimes! We had it with lamb tagine it was yum and enough left for dinner tomorrow!

On the thumb front it still hurts but not as bad so I guess this means it is getting better. I've been getting loads of sympathy from everyone in work I should bandage bits of myself up more often!

Bath, choc and modern family in bed with a cup of tea is the rest of my evening.
