It's great to go for an evening stroll on the beach. The darkness sweeps in really quickly and I was worried we were going to tread on one of the thousands of little Hermit Crabs that are scuttling around at the waters edge.
So we paddled in a bit deeper...and John trod on a big fish. He shot about a foot in the air and I said "what's wrong - have you been stung?" And he said "No, I've trodden on a fish's tail and it's body whipped against my foot"
