Christmas already

Its Christmas in Amman...or at least at the malls it is! All the decorations of Santa's, Christmas trees and glittery decorations to hang on the tree are filling the malls.

One of the malls is making an ice rink in the center of the entrance with snowflakes and bedazzled snow clouds hanging over it.

My friend Hanna and I went after class today to one of the many malls in Amman to get some last minute goods at the grocery for the big Thanksgiving dinner my roommates and I are having at our house tomorrow. We even have a real Thanksgiving turkey from America, compliments of a friend who's wife works at the American Embassy here and was able to grab it for us, since the Embassy delivers such things over the holidays to their employees abroad.

Having a good old Turkey day in the Middle East tomorrow. Should be fun
