Borecole met worst

Winter has come in NYC! It's -5 Celsius, clear blue sky and the air smells of ice skating, if you ask the Dutch me. Luckily we made some preparations while packing in NL, so we could dine appropriately. For lack of boerenkool, we went with kale. The first colonists must have done the same, because it's also known as borecole.
