Breakfast Time Xx

Eva has only woken once in the night for the last few nights. I've been really thankful of this as I've felt so ill. Although I was in agony when I woke at 8.30 this morning, I felt much better regarding the aches and shivers. Mike got Eva washed and dressed again, then I fed her some milk and made myself feed her from my poorly side. I also expressed any undrunk milk from that side too and got about 50ml, but where my nipple had cracked from Eva's teeth (I think) the pump really made me bleed :-( I'm proper in the wars.

Eva had her usual big, long sleep at lunchtime, then me, Mike and Eva went to do the weekly shop when she woke up. On the shopping list today was Eva's first toothbrush, or should I say toothbrushes? :-)

She played in the lounge when we got back, while Mike watched the footy and I went and prepared Sunday dinner. Grandad Nash was coming for Sunday dinner and staying over, he goes back to Spain on Wednesday, so this was probably going to be the last time we saw him until he's over again.

We had dinner while we watched Ice Age, then Mike took Eva up for her bath while I cleared away, then went up to give her her milk and put her to bed. She was tucked up, sound asleep by 8.30pm xxxx
