CRAY AND WUFRA

Not named after Crayfish, but a little hamlet up in the Dales beneath Buckden Pike.

A dog with a broken leg was found at the top of Buckden Pike last month and was thought to have been up there at least two weeks. He was so, so thin. He is now being nursed back to health, and has been named Wufra after the Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association who carried him down on a stretcher. WUFRA
