Lovely day for a bike ride

Headed down to Fremantle at lunch time today. It was a lovely day for biking and B. Had just gone out and bought a new road bike that morning! We looked the part and felt the part as we traversed the 30km cycle path that hugged the swan river foreshore.

Just forgot to bring the sunscreen!! Oh and my camera.... Will never learn...

We stopped at several points along the way to admire the beautiful views. Saw plenty of pelicans on posts, and other waders in the water and a dolphin too! We stopped at the Left Bank Pub for a cidar in East Freo before finishing up in the heart of Freo for a late waterfront lunch.

I am more than a little red after the effort and the wind was rather hideously not in our favour but I will definitely do it again!
