These flags and urn are a promotion for London Fashion Week. The union flag is in black, white and grey. Guess that they must be the seasons shades or considered to be stylish.

[edit: I wonder if it is supposed to be something about death of fashion, it has that feel, or maybe it is a birthday for London Fashion ( not sure ) and this is some alternative way to celebrate it - an urn and black ? ]
