Today was Emilie's 8th birthday party. Though her birthday is not till half way through december, she felt too impatient to wait to celebrate with her friends.
I offered to help my aunt with the party, so this morning started out with running around, finishing all the games and activities we had planned, hanging up balloons, baking and cooking.
When the house was filled with a whole bunch of girls we divided them into groups and started the activities, where each little group competed with the others. I was in charge of the baking activities, and kept the girls busy by making biscuits. Today's blip features my station throughout the afternoon.

In the evening I went round to Cécile's house. We tried to brainstorm what it would be like if we were to design and then make our own dresses. Would be pretty cool, though not sure either of us would have a clue where to even start. Cécile then cooked dinner as I played guitar. We danced and sang to songs from Grease and laughed, like typical girls. Later on we then headed to Andrew's flat where we just chilled with a bunch of the other Erasmus students.
