Headache

A headache hit me at about lunchtime today. It was so bad I couldn't read or use the computer. I spent the last hour at work in the above position at my desk.
Straight to bed for a couple of hours once I got home. I can still feel it lurking behind my eyes.

I'm staying off the computer tonight for obvious reasons so I've turned comments off and I'm going back to bed.
