Down the lane

Had to up the game and do a longer run today so adjusted warm up walk to go round back of Staveley and along far side of the river. It was so peaceful down this lane but oh so cold!

I managed to run nearly 8 km in 2 sections including 30 minutes non stop (well except for v steep hill when I walked 20 m ;-)). Hope the weather stays clear and dry for next couple of weeks so I can build up to 10km round Langdale on 14th...
