We publish a Lean Journal each month. This focuses on what lean improvements we are doing as a company, well more like what our part of the business is doing.
This month there is a focus on the shop floor. As a result I was asked to take a photo of them.
This was taken just before the announcement that we won’t be getting a bonus this year. Glad it was decided to do it this way around. Not many happy people at work today as you can imagine. Me included.
Left work early as we had to get to Brum for J's nieces 7th birthday stuff this weekend. Long drive down in the dark.
