Spotted Bush Snake

Spotted this little fellow - (Philothamnus semivariegatus), in the brickwork of my son's home in Pilanesberg, where it was sheltering from the storm (60mm of rain) that lashed us late afternoon.

They are highly alert snakes, and usually average between 60cm to 90cm in length, very common and completely harmless
