Salmon soup with sour cream

Salmon soup with sour cream

1 kg potatoes peeled, cut into pieces
1,5-2 litres water (or less)
1-2 onions peeled and cut into pieces
some dill - more than you normally use
1 spoonful of sea salt

Cook everything for 15 minutes

Take the skin off before you cut the salmon (some 800g) into large pieces and add it into the soup. As the soup begins to boil, add 1-2 dl sour cream.
Blend easily. Let all boil for a minute or two.
