We all need a Thotful Spot

After a lovely coffee with a friend this morning, I had a message on my phone with some news that made me need to clear my head. Good news in theory but it needed thought.

I stomped up on the moor to find my place of calm and stillness. Watching the Earth, the sky and the sun, I stood and thought.

They're all far, far bigger than me and that always makes my worries feel much, much smaller.

I don't have an answer yet but it helped.
