Got these yesterday when I went to Itchen Valley Country Park. I was going to do the Go Ape activity. But after looking at a the first (and lowest) bit of the course, I decided that I wasn't ready to challenge my vertigo, in this way, yet. So didn't do it. I got some information about the park in general. And will go back to do some of the walks, there.
