Manners!

I hope you'll excuse the manners of this Australian Magpie - although I told it to close its beak, it wouldn't! It's eating some bits of wholemeal bread I threw out and had already helpfully cleaned up a lot of bugs that swarmed last night and threw themselves on the outdoor lights, ensuring themsleves of a quick trip to the great insect heaven in the sky.

Too much work! I am chained to the keyboard gradually moving on with a complex book design. I am also getting a bit behind with comments, for which I apologise. I'll catch up soon.
