Woodbridge Quay

After a quick tootle up the road to Wickham Market on our bikes and feeling disappointed that it was just a very small village and not a little town ripe for exploration, we returned to Woodbridge which is absolutely delightful and full of quaint old houses and small lanes. We ended up on the quayside beside the Deben. There is a path there which seems to go on for ever. There were so many possible photos that it became difficult to choose. This one caught my eye as there were actual people involved and the yellow jacket showed up so well against the green boat.
Today is the birthday of my youngest grandaughter, Nina, who is 1 today. I'm so sorry not to be in Glasgow with her.....a bad, bad Grandmother to be sure! However I did phone her this morning and sang Happy Birthday to her while she splashed in her bath.
