Midnight feast

Friends brought us this from Lyon. I had never seen one before - its a Praluline. It's a rich brioche flavored with pieces of pralines made from Valencia almonds and Piedmont hazelnuts coated in rose sugar and then cracked.
And it is absolutely delicious!
