Hiding

After an early rise to provide breakfast, first for baby and then for everyone else, I ventured upstairs to get plastered.

After a delicious meal prepared by beloved, it was bath time, followed by hiding under the cushions on the sofa and it went something like this:

'Daddy, look the other way and count to 10' (whilst being sat beside daughter covering herself in cushions). Feign surprise and declare 'Oh no! Where has she gone? Was that a cushion I could hear giggling?'

Even a hard day like today has its highlights. Only the ironing of 2 school uniforms and rubbish to put out stand in the way of tea and cake.
