till Christmas eve!
And don't the boys know it.
Today we went looking at new bikes for Christmas.
The boys' homework this weekend was to interview parents and Grandparents about the toys we had when we were their age - 6.
Ironically in answer to one question the toy that J's parents both wished they had but didn't have at that age was a bike.
TBH I can't even remember what I had when I was 6.
We lived an outdoor life in Zambia back then and were more interested in the tree house and log strung between 2 trees which became our pirate ship for many an adventure :-)
It was Max's turn to chum Barney and I on our beach walk this am.
It was very, very cold and off to the right you can just make out 2 brave (or crazy?) swimmers!
