Hail

In 18 or so years of living on the Bayside I haven't seen more than 3 hailstorms. They were all pea size. Not so yesterday. A very small storm cell came across Brisbane and in about 5 minutes it dumped a fair amount of marble+ size hailstones.

Unfortunately Jo and I were out in the car when the storm hit. Normally hailstorms can be spotted from miles away, but not this one. If I had suspected I would have found cover. Instead we just blundered into it about 5 minutes from home.

Yes, my new car was damaged. I have found 4 small dents so far.
