Making An Exhibition

The Royal Photographic Society have their annual exhibition touring the UK, and it is currently in Banbury. Now I would consider Banbury to be a bit of a backwater for such things, but it is certainly very nice that such a thing would visit the provinces.

There is quite a variety in the pictures, some brilliant photography and some that are quite 'meh..' I got talking with a couple of other people viewing the exhibition (infact those in the picture) and we did wonder if some of them were selected to give people like me hope and purpose to enter such competitions.

Worth a visit should you get the chance.

On another note, 'distinctions' such as LRPS, are they worth pursuing? Discuss...
