Hello family!

Had a lovely chat with Grandma, Grandad and cousin Alexander this afternoon sharing paintings done, books read, farm play in progress etc. Skype and FaceTime are such amazing inventions for those of us with family 200 (& 2000) miles away. Lovely to be in each other's lounges :-)

Nice Sunday, almost finished the Xmas shopping now which has to be a result in November - am aiming to be finished before December if possible but we'll see.

Dinner is a little delayed this evening as I managed to switch the oven onto the defrost setting (which I didn't even know existed before tonight) needless to say, the sausages are still raw. Thank goodness for pear cider!
