Running for #TeamLightning

IF I go for a run it's usually early in the morning before work, and usually in the Spring/Summer ready for the one 10K run I sign up for every year. But this year I'm doing a second, the Percy Pud 10K at Loxley Valley on 1st December (next Sunday).

So this afternoon I had time to run a bit further - off up Highgate Road, up and over Parliament Hill (never done THAT before, 321ft above sea level - I'm starting from about 130 ft), up to the corner of Highgate Cemetary, back down and left at the camel to Tufnell Park, back down Fortess Road to the Forum, back up Highgate Road and home.
