Man at Play

A bunch of oldsters and their fancy toy boats caught my eye, and truly not until I looked at image did I notice a huge pet peeve of mine, men who let their hiney crack show cause they can't seem to figure out how to at least tuck a long undershirt into their pants in the event they do this! There must have been about ten of them having some kind of "regatta" - in the sun which was nice for the city.

So to continue the love theme, I do love it when we grown ups still figure out how to play!

And we saw Captain Phillips, another kind of white knuckle film, but not nearly so as the Redford one I reported on two weeks ago. It does stun me however, that pirates, 4 skinny young fellows, can board a big ship and take over? Evidently rules of the seas forbid retaliation with gunfire? Even though the pirates have and use guns? I don't know - all seems crazy. And given this one is based on a 2009 incident, puny word for the experience, well I simply must research this self-protection issue.
