Notre-Dame de Paris is the most visited place in Paris, after Disneyworld. Celebrating its 850th birthday in 2013 the grand old dame of Paris was nearly torn down many years ago, and if it weren't for Victor Hugo's popular novel it would have been. Quasimodo saved her!
