Vinyl Heaven

I'm very fond of old audio equipment, and found this lovely Phillips portable record player, probably from the early 1960s, in a shop window. (portable as long as you have access to a wall socket, as it's not battery-operated)

I recently met a young person who didn't know how to operate a turntable, which was until a few years ago a standard piece of equipment in every household. "Where's the remote?" I was asked.
