Man on a bicycle at the Loi Krathong Festival,

This Festival is a time for launching lanterns of all shapes, sizes and colours into the sky. It is held in Chiang Mai in November each year. A very colourful and engaging time for the whole population and all the many tourists from all over Thailand as well as overseas.

I just happened to pass this guy and took a snap of him in the confusion of the evening. It is something different other than another lantern. Said that I would send him a copy of the shot, and we both just laughed.
