Look at that!

I had more traditional football photos and some decent ones of my own lad Josh but this photo caught my imagination. It shows the lovely sunlight, the autumn day, and will remind me of how exciting it was to see the team fight for every ball and play their best football. They are gutted to have lost 3-2 but were the better team on the day and fought hard to the end.

I later went for a run as it was getting dark to test my new head torch, and I then played tennis which was an absolute disaster. A double doughnut score for me.

Following my blip earlier in the week I can confirm that I needed about £32 in coins and some strong muscles to shift all of our laundry. Sheets, towels, our clothes and the excess from Wednesday filled up four full size laundry baskets. The only good thing about the laundromat is the ability to wash five large loads at once.
