what happened to my womb?

Before, I had this cool little womb all to myself. It was like a permanent spa bath. There was endless food on-tap, I could sleep as long as I wanted, and then get up and have my own little parties. But now, my party bubble has disappeared and instead, I have this place. What is this place?
