Thank goodness it's a cold!

Feed a cold and starve a fever - well, I'm not very good at taking traditional cold "remedies" so my lovely husband made this victoria sponge instead. His first ever attempt and as you can see it looks, and tastes, lush! Might take another couple of large slices before I'm on the mend!!
