My poor wee mite

Lola woke up this morning and was fine then around 11 am she was very tearful so she fell asleep. I popped to the shop came back and Lola had a really high temp 39.7 which was very difficult to bring down. Calpol and ibuprofen haven't really done the trick today so I took Lola to the out of hours doctor and they checked her over and everything was clear but she had a very high heart rate and a very high temp so the doctor thinks she has flu? I have never seen Lola this poorly I don't dare put her to bed, she's sleeping on my knee as I type xx
