how tired?

Busy day today. Baking cheese scones before breakfast because I forgot yesterday to give to eldest daughter towards her fundraiser for the dog rescue she volunteers for. A walk accompanied by the Husband round the field with the puppies. We usually walk tree lined paths through the woods or the disused railway so I think the sense of space excited them this morning. A little bit of tangling up by Storm doing circuits round us. A noticeable improvement in our counter moves not to be tied together round the knees. The SCD judges would be proud!

Collected the grandsons to free up said eldest daughter and Alice and I took them to the cinema. No 2 and 3 hadn't been before and all were exceptionally well behaved. The films are a few months old so the tickets are £1 each, bit of a bargain as we smuggle our own sweets in. KFC for lunch then back to my house to play. The dogs were much better around the boys this time and didn't jump up so much and the boys remembered to stand up if they were under lick attack.

The puppies were so tired after the boys were collected they haven't asked for dinner and ignored a packet of tortilla chips. Amazing
