Barclays have completely screwed up our charity account and I have been trying to resolve it since March 2009.

It's now September. All our work in Africa has now come to a standstill. Children are hungry. Our supporters have given. We have the money...

... but we can't send it because of their crippling incompetence....

Spent the whole day on the phone to them.

Called the "We really want your feed back / complaint line"

They cut me off. Take two... 'we can't help'...
