Knitting the Day Away

Since it was 25º when we got up this morning, and since I felt sneezy and cold, I spent a huge chunk of the day next to the fire working on another cap. The sun was bright and I watched it go from one window to another and finally to another. On the third one, the big living room one, I watched the sun go from one side across the curtain and out the other side. Then I watched as the leaded glass pieces in the window threw the sun back into the room even though it was out of sight. And I listened to Louise Erdrich's 'Four Souls' on my laptop.
