Wrinkled rose-hip

A wonderful old climbing rose is draped all over a tall corkscrew willow in our garden. There were lots of bright red flowers on it this summer. I noticed this morning that some of the hips are starting to wrinkle and I love the shapes and colours this creates. However, I'm really keen to see the seeds spread around the neighbourhood...so, come on you birds! Not may appearing at the feeders yet, but ever hopeful.
