Flat Hunting

We have started flat hunting and this was an option. It was right beside the sea as you can see. It had fantastic views even on a gray day and you could have spent hours watching the ships. However it was too far to walk to the shops, you would need 2 cars and right underneath the flight path plus it was right at the top of our budget at just over 70,000 HKD per month. Yes divide it all by 12 and it is just under 6,000 pounds for a 3 bedroomed terraced house nowhere close to anything!
