Magic Island

The show has been scheduled for today, after two previous cancellation due to rain (in the driest state of the driest country in the world). And of course it rained today, but the school and parents decided to go ahead with the performance. I, a part-time mother, made an effort and came to see it to. Hanna was very surprised, but happy to see me. So at least she will have some (understatement) photos and films of the show. And I got away from the desk for a couple of hours and felt like one of real parents who always get kids from the school.
