The perils of Dunglass

We were shown a beautiful new walk today around Dunglass Island. It was rather damp underfoot (flooded!) and my friend who was guiding us got a soaking wet foot but the worst thing for Poppy was the rickety bridge.

Now this is the dog who is afraid of nothing, she does agility and runs up and down the A Frame, along the plank, through the tunnels and weaves her way through the poles. But she did NOT want to go over this little bridge. Bud and Selkie ran over with not a care in the world but it took Poppy at least 5 mins to get over by gradually creeping along. I felt very proud of her when she finally joined us on the other side.
