I was driving a friend back to work and realized that we were actually passing the beach (Lake Michigan).... so I asked to stop for a few moments to snap photos. If I had time, I would have loved to just sit there on the rocks or the beach and stare out into the water. Alone. I kind of feel like this right now, if it's even possible to feel like wide open spaces. It's also my birthday tomorrow. I don't quite know how I feel about that.
