Oddball day

God what a day. Spent most of it trying to sort a logistical nightmare as I have a friend who is replacing her kitchen and offered me her old one which is waaay better than mine. Problem is her new kitchen comes next Monday & she doesn't have anywhere to store the old one. I was meant to be working but have since declined that so am free, then had to arrange for someone to pick the units up on the same day & get them down here then find somewhere here to store them! following me so far!
Next problem is trailer man was in Lanzarote but he's phone to say he will be back & going to fig out if he can squeeze our pick up in between a delivery he has to do to OBan. Boom All clear as mud to you.
Next problem was getting someone competent enough to fit someone else's kitchen which is twice the size of mine, so he needs to re fit it to the size & shape of our kitchen. Managed to find someone & will know for sure tonight he can do it in the next few weeks.
Now told hubby he will have to take old kitchen out not next week but the following week, & paint it all ready for the joiner guy to come & fit it!
Hubby wants to keep the old units to put on the bloody loft which is already heaving with all his crap! So deal is that he floors ALL the damn loft first then he can take his junk up! Men!
