The Day Of The Doctor, AOI Style

Anticipation for the BIG 5-0 has reached critical levels this evening and the Little Ginger Boy and I have been imagining how the Day of The Doctor might look if we wrote it.

We know that the only doctors appearing are 10, 11 and John Hurt but I've taken a bit of licence with companions. I'd have Clara and Rose, of course, but I'd also bung in River Song for the perfect juxtaposition of kick ass violence and romance, Captain Jack because I love him so much, Mickey Smith, for dry humour and a Space Pig, because I'd love one as a pet.

At the last minute the universe would be saved by my all time favourite companion, the brilliant Rory Williams. I have had a serious crush for a long time on Rory, not to mention the wonderful Arthur Darvill. Don't tell anyone though, as that is soppy girl's stuff and frowned upon round here.
