This is one of the shots for my project.

I am off out tonight, spent the afternoon sweeping leaves, my diet is going well, only had a coffee, and 3 hours of manual labour, I should have lost at least a little by next week.

I am feeling a bit disgusting, can't wait to shed a few pounds and go out for Becca's birthday.

I am looking forward to being thinner. It's all I have to look forward to.
