Between seasons

I took a couple of shots in sub-zero temperatures today and it looked like the dead of winter, but yet further along the road in Peebles I took this and it still looks like autumn. This is one of my favourite autumnal views, and I managed to squeeze one in before the colours disappear.

Off out for a birthday dinner with friends tonight at Port of Siam. Should be good, despite us taking over the whole restaurant they haven't given us a set menu or asked us to pre-order. I will catch up with everyone's blips tomorrow morning as I nurse my fuzzy head.
