Namiss

Playing the accordion underneath the imposing arches of Bradford Forster Square station, this lady caught my eye. Yes, of course she would like me to drop some coins in her box but she also had a lovely twinkle in her eye that made me smile on the way to an interview.

I didn't take her photo on the way there, not because I didn't have the time but because I didn't have the courage. On the way back she had stopped playing but was still there. She spotted me and immediately started playing again. I went up to her and had a little conversation before asking to take her photo. She didn't speak a huge amount of English but she told me her name was Namiss and I think we both enjoyed our connection.

Lovely lady with more courage than me.
